"FIERCE: An art show benefiting the Cameron Park Zoo", March 4 from 5:30-8:30pm Cameron Park Zoo and The Croft Gallery teamed up to host a fundraising exhibit featuring art made both by the animals in the zoo and by local artists, including myself. Artist were invited to make a piece based on a behind the scenes tour of the zoo. The show will be on display at the Croft Gallery during the month of March. Clay3 October 23 to November 21, 2009, Warrenville, IL The show was sponsored by Clay Space Ceramic Arts Studio. All work was displayed in a 12"x12"x12" glass box. The opening was Friday, October 23 at IBEW-Local Union 701. The show closed November 21. The piece I submitted is titled Small Dish Among Stars and features the dish that traveled from Texas to Arizona and back, pausing for photo-ops along the way.
